Bitshare I have a problem

My last request shows as completed but I never received money.

Your website said the payment was paid. But I didn't recieve the money.
Paymentmethod is PayPal.

At my account there is completed, but I didnt recive any money...

And I see that BitShare support skip answer on this question...
