As for 1080p encoding — you’re right, higher quality requires more resources. However, to maintain platform security and prevent abuse, API access must be manually approved at this time.
The 403 error you’re seeing is due to unapproved or unauthorized access.

no one is going to join anyway because of most of people here have traffic from tier 2 till tier 4 and it's horrible as you can see and onlye some others have few traffic from tier 1

To be honest, I’m a bit confused myself.
