to which host you try to upload. My upload speed is 10 mbit to extabit.
I checked turbobit ,speed is 20 mbit and 15mbit to netload.

Download speeds are double of it. And admin has msn and always online.
He found solution when I knock his door. The best support I see.

My server run too slow, both the cpu and internet, very lag when i using pc and browser. I can't play the mkv file with MPC, so i can't test the video before encoding.

Check it for me, please.

please take a look at my ticket Ticket Created #944065, it takes over 5 mintues just to connect to the slot, if I want to open the browser it take another 5 minutes, it has massive LAG so please take a look at it!

EDIT:

7 minutes just to open deluge
5 mintutes to rar with winrar by store a file of 150 MB
