Almost all Major file host uploading is slow like ul.to ,turbobit.net and File Factory uploading is dammn very very bad i do not think it is seller issue ..it is file hosting issue ..they are experiencing heavyload
 
Uploading now ( turbobit gives permission max 3 file simultaneous upload )

and downloading from a host at the same time ( only 2 port I opened against ban)

yes our server running fine. this issue about hoster. i think they cant handle huge amount of users. :facepalm:
 
speed is now better than morning but I tried to switch 10 gbit
but paypal does not let buy 2 payment from same account.
They says first cancel 1 st rebill and then buy 2nd account
