I can vouch for m107's services.
this VPS is extremely fast (20-30mbps) on USA servers,
I don't know about why the others' rar/unrar slow but it seems fine for me while using a lower version of winrar.
the support is good (all requests get fulfilled instantly and will never exceed 24 hours).

I tested USA and Germany and I buy Germany server, speeds from HF and FS are ok on German but if you want better speeds go witch USA

So i tested the RDP and its very good. Speeds are brilliant, downloaded from MU.
Uploading to fileserve is very quick as well, also hotfile.
I plan on getting the RDP next week as i'll get my next payout then, i recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good RDP.
