This guy servers can leech hotfile for sure. The only setback is RARing and UnRARing could be very slow. If you don't use RAR that much. This is the server for you.

Did you do the test on a 256MB RAM server?

It depends on a lot of things. Not only the RAM itself but CPU and DISK as well. The amount of I/O must be low in this server. I doubt that it has any sort of HWRAID or powerful CPU.

If so please host ..post the details of that specification and how many users are using it.

dude, its unacceptable. please check your VPS performance via panel. also for any support send email.

on new servers there are only 12 users per 1 gig port.
