    Do you not understand that copyright holders can request Wupload delete every single file on their server that matches just one that they have flagged on a forum? It's called fingerprinting and it's very common. Wupload aren't going to separate the public from the private folders when doing this...

    But it's no fun fighting over PM, willy. Nobody can see it :)) I love Wupload, but I do agree that stats are unusually creeping today. I'm on Pay Per Sale, and they've about halved. The downloads, I have no idea about because i'm unable to see them on my stats page. Not too fussed though...

    Lol, as if a filehost is seriously going to prolong the period it takes for a copyright holder to get a file removed. Wupload is under a legal obligation to remove files under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act whether they want to or not, and that's just a fact of life for people who upload...
