No, there is no security issue with our service. This reset was necessary so that stronger monitoring could be applied to the accounts from this point forward.

This is completely normal, and even Google does this from time to time.

I’ve never had my password reseted in my Google account due to hacking, no serious company resets your password without your permission. It is a very unprofessional way to deal with the security concerns.

Usually they suggest you to change your password just in case for better security, but never reset.

Google never changes a user's password like this. No company would do something like that. If a Google account suddenly becomes inaccessible, that means the account has been compromised.
