Since then, me and a few Russian colleagues have been building our own. It's one account with three modules: file hosting, HLS streaming and a link shortener. It runs on SSD servers in France behind Cloudflare. Use any module or all of them.

Video streaming (PPV)
- Real HLS, multi-quality. Every upload is encoded into a ladder from 240p up to 4K (2160p). It never upscales, so a 720p source won't get a fake 1080p.
- Splash thumbnails. A grid of frames from across the video (for example 5x5 = 25 frames) becomes the thumbnail, and it doubles as the hover preview on the seek bar. You set the columns and rows yourself. If you don't want the grid, it uses a single poster frame.
- Subtitles. Upload .srt or .vtt and it's converted to clean WebVTT, with multiple languages per video.
- Protected streams. Segments are AES-128 encrypted. The key is served through short-lived, visitor-bound URLs, so ripping the stored files gets you nothing.
- Embed player (iframe) for your own site.
- Upload your way: resumable drag and drop (it survives connection drops), bulk, remote URL, torrent/magnet, or API.
- Same upload methods: resumable, bulk, URL, magnet, API. Up to 1 GB per file.
- Everything is compressed to zip automatically. You save storage and your users download less.
- Folders, plus a public download page per file.
- Single or bulk: up to 5,000 links per batch, pasted in or uploaded as CSV/TXT.
- Folders to keep campaigns organised.
- SSD servers in France. Fast reads, quick encodes, and close to a big part of the European audience.
- Cloudflare CDN in front, so files and streams load quickly worldwide and traffic spikes don't take you down.
- Files are stored on our own servers, not resold from a third-party bucket.
- Real-time stats and earnings charts for each module.
- Country-tiered rates. Rates are set per country and per tier, so you can see exactly what each GEO pays per 10k. There's a public rates table and an earnings calculator.
- Ad strength control. You choose Full, Half or Low ads per section. More ads pay more, fewer ads give a cleaner page.
- Anti-fraud is built in: per-IP click and download limits, plus Tor/VPN filtering, so your paid traffic is real.
- Net 7 payouts.
- API keys with scopes (upload files, upload videos, read, delete).
- Signed webhooks (file ready / file failed) with automatic retries.
