Videro, a new cool kid in town — Video hosting platform

Hello fam,

Finally registered. I was previously running streaming websites (movies/tv shows mainly) in 2022-2024, and since several video hosting platforms have shutdown or got geoblocked by governments, I decided to make my own, and build a brand new video host, loosely inspired by a mix of Doodstream and Uqload. I was first using it for my own purpose (on my own websites), and then decided to make it public

The priority of this project is to make video hosting great again for publishers, meeting their real needs: global file search feature, daily payouts (Payouts processed in crypto), $10 minimum payout threshold, copy/clone files, no-buffering video display, HLS encoding, DMCA manager, remote upload, force to disable AdBlock feature.
The platform will be porn friendly (but only consensual content) as well.
In case of an eventual DNS block, there are several domains ready to be connected to the circuit to serve the videos again.

Now running the last tests prior official announcement tomorrow on WJ, in the Affiliate Programs > File Hosts Official Support section.

Happy to join the family as well, and discover others' content.

I'll make my best to ensure smooth UI and low latency.
Some bugs may appear in the early stages, even if tests are a success so far.
Hopefully there's currently no buffering, and videos loads instantly, thanks to HLS protocol. Videos are encoding fast (~2mins overall) thanks to servers' iGPU.
Remote upload works correctly for several websites, including Vidzy and Voe. I will probably add torrent mirroring as well. The DMCA Manager has the same subsystem as of Doodstream, with links regeneration on the fly.
CPM rates won't be as competitive as some others, but will be paid on the nail everyday starting $10.

And since customer support and its speed are two differentiating factors in this industry, I will make sure that no user is left behind.

Don't hesitate to throw your favorite features, I will make sure to include them in the next rolling update!
 
Still fixing some minor bugs I prefer doing it now before deploying it in production.
I added torrent mirroring and encoding queue position yesterday as well, and tested the API routes. Everything in order so far.
I will open a thread tomorrow evening (european time) in Affiliate Programs > File Hosts Official Support when ready, and post a bump here to notify you!

Glad that you are willing to use Videro, it pushes me to deliver a greater product.

I decided to make my own, and build a brand new video host, loosely inspired by a mix of Doodstream and Uqload.
If it's like uqload, it won't be good. The reason is that you first need to click at least 12-15 times to open a movie or series. Too many ads.

The average number of clicks to reach the video, according to my tests, is between 3 and 5.
There's 2 pop-unders and several in-push notifications on the videos.

Alright, tonight is the Grand opening, you'll be able to check it by yourself and provide your feedback, so what I can make it better.
