Dear FileMoon!
Régóta probléma nélkül használom a Filemoon-t, és nagyon elégedett voltam a szolgáltatásod minőségével. Sajnos néhány napja furcsa dolog történt: amikor megpróbáltam bejelentkezni a fiókomba (Csoroge), ezt az üzenetet kaptam: Nem tudok bejelentkezni, mert kitiltották a fiókomat.

Nem értem, mi történhetett, és a segítségeteket szeretném kérni ennek a furcsa bejelentkezési problémának a megoldásához.

I’ve been using Filemoon without any problems for a long time and was really satisfied with the quality of your service. Unfortunately a few days ago it happened something weird: when i tried to log in to my account (csoroge) i got this message: I can’t log in because my account was banned.
I don’t understand what could happened and would like to ask your help to solve this weird login issue.

If views are low, they can close your account.
 
I try to remote upload some files, but the speed is sooooo slow. I tried to cancel it, but looks like the 'X" button did not work to cancel it. Any suggestion how to cancel it?

Remote speed depends on the server you're downloading from. We don't have any limits. So if you download from hosts like dood which have average 50kb/s speed there is no surprise.

@FileMoon Can you make it so that we can remove the error messages in remote upload, right now it is not possible, clicking on the X doesn't do anything and it clutters the space when you add a large number of links and some of them don't upload and give error messages.

Yes, my files are from dood. I agree with you, perhaps that's because their server. But, considering there are so many files are on the queue right now, how can I cancel the current remote upload progress?

It's possible only via API. We don't want to implement that function into panel because we like to monitor which remote fails and why in case we need to update our leechers.

Welp same reply as above here. If you want to remove all the pending,error based remotes u can do that via API. If you want to delete all of them from queue just send me your account login and i will remove them for you.

sometime when try to download get 404 and need to refresh few time to can download the video

Make sure your downloads are not disabled. If they are we will return 404.

Are you guys planning to fix custom video posters? it never works. Thanks!

First time i hear that they do not work. Can i have some sample urls via PM where custom poster is added? We will take a look at it.
