The link you used isn't a direct download link. When you go to it, it says "There was a problem with your download"

Url uploads are stil pending.. By using wordpress the thumbnail should be copied along with the video but its notworking

Make sure the url's you try to upload are direct links. So if you go to them, it should automatically start downloading.
