how does that work with the Minimum Rates and Maximum Rates compensation? when do I get Minimum Rates and Maximum Rates when?

In each tier, there are several countries. Each country has a specific rate that we pay to our affiliates. The higher paying countries in that tier are awarded the maximum rate, where as the lower paying countries in the same tier are awarded the minimum - average rate. It all depends on the location of your videos traffic.
