In speedtest I got = 548 KB/Sec
Yesterday in your site = 140 KB/Sec
Today in your site = 20-30 KB/Sec

You should be asking when they are going to have a way for people to buy premium accounts.It won't matter what the upload and download speed is or what tier a country is in if they can't earn money to pay you with.

There is a reason why those countries are in Tier 4. They don't convert. We are only losing if they are in higher tiers. But your suggestion is always welcome. We will see what we can do about it.

Currently there are no limits but most likely we will be putting a limit (a waiting time) if someone downloaded a file (or several) over 100 MB.
