Who is Changing Email ID And Paypal ID

In Simple Word.
My Two account Money Got Stolen By Same Person With same Paypal ID.I couldnt trace it in time cause My Logging was Ok. I got the earning Money Thrice so never ever imagined that This Time My Money Will get Transmitted to some hacker.When I didnt get Money for longer time, I suddenly check My account Page and Found Out that My all Data is changed.
This Got happen to My Two Host. I was using zoomuploader to Upload file and Zoom needs User Name and Password always to upload.
Is it Zoom Owner Who is DoinG This Dirty Things??
Its still a very Big Question.

Yep, Use sniffdog tip.

Always have paypal email id and password different.
If you can't remember, write it in your notebook.

I have never used Same ID for My Email And Paypal. Whatever Paypal ID u use, If someone Knows your Logging, he will see that in Account Page Easily And Can Change It Easily.

but it is possible.

even though logins are stored as md5 in server , a webmaster can use a snippet in the login form to store the logins directly (without encoding) in another database.

lol.. kinda serves you right mate. using paypal login details on multiple places for opening users account is a dire mistake ! its like distributing your Paypal all over the net waiting for some dude to steal your cash. Paypal details login should only be for paypal.

Lmao, you guys are behind the times...UGN hacked paypal as well as visa and has their databases and are selling them in batches in the "UG" scene. Never will deal with paypal after the bullshit they put me through. Never again.
