since the new server was up theres are issues like no counting or bad remote

Agree and this host not fair for counting report download/sales

Whenever we had issues with system we have openly accepted them unlike other hosts, And we have fixed them. We had issue in counting system for sometime yesterday and we have fixed it yesterday itself.
Just because of system issue you cannot make a statement that we are not fair in counting.
Please check your stats/reports again and let us know if you still have any problem. We will be happy to help you.

i'm sorry for ranting over and over again but really..this host is very unstable...one minute you get to use the remote upload another minute it's an error. so much time has been wasted. one week and i will be gone if this happens continuously...

not possible to upload for me now, it is upload at less than 100Kb/sec, have to abort
serious problem you have here where uploaders are not being able to upload at all.
it been a problem for the past 2 week already. (only occasionally back normal like before, uploading >100Mb/sec). i try from 2 ver fast NL servers.

edit===
seem like the new server 5.79.xx.xx have better speed, the 95.xx.xx.xx is the one that have low 100kb/sec speed.

@ Everyone ,
Apologies , since we migrated 10 days ago , we have noticed , there has been some issue or other every time.
We want you all to please bear with us and be patient as we are working and trying to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Again , sorry to all the uploaders , please give us time , we will fix this permanently.

Hello Lads,
@ZapFile; Sorry, I do not want to hijack this thread but it seems that LeaseWeb has network issues. Some of the file hosts which use our services are also facing a problem like you guys.

I want to know what type of speed issues do you guys face? Is it from specific locations? Upload or Download or Both? Any specific IPs? Any specific time or all round the clock?
Could you guys take some efforts and answer my questions? Also, I can confirm that this issue is not related to a particular host but it's the Datacenter network issue. So in this case, Zapfile is not at fault or any other file host who is hosted with LeaseWeb.

Please note I am not affiliated with Zapfile in any way but with your feedback, I can pass it on to LeaseWeb Engineers and get them to fix the network issue for all the major hosts on who use them.

Alternatively, you can email me on glenn@redswitches.com

Thank You very much in advance.

can you disable 95.xx.xx.xx server from remote upload and use 5.79.xx.xx instead. or is there a way for me to choose the server.
it keep wanting to use the slow server, have to cancel many times before it choose the fast server.
and can you make the "I have read and agree to the TOS." default to tick.
the 95.xx.xx.xx server upload at less than 100kb/sec, 5.79.xx.xx have normal speed of ~200Mb/sec.

Yes i have the same issue, one is slow one is fast, but i didnt know how to check it but now colie is saying which one is the bad one now u can fix it
