In our terms it states that accounts will be suspended if an invoice is not paid. If you had paid your invoice on time like other customers your services would have not been suspended. An email is sent out to all customers. Our records show that emails were sent successfully to your email you have registered with us.
Following emails were sent in order – Customer Invoice (x2), Invoice Payment Reminder (x2), First Invoice Overdue Notice, Second Invoice Overdue Notice and Service Suspension Notice.
All Customers are informed 15 days for their next invoice failure to pay this after the invoice date will result in suspension.
Posting false reviews on websites isn’t going to help the situation, But if you can provide a reply to our ticket system we can solve your issue with all respects.
