You have a number of users complaining about not being paid on this public forum which you represent a public video host on and are obliged to pay outstanding funds on request of the user so yes it is my damn business.

GOU did not pay outstanding balances as a result was banned from the site.

I am sorry but are you lying about your rates, admin?
You say that an user is supposed to get $3 per 1,000 views. Meaning you should get $30 per 10,000 views (assuming view is from The US), and it is in the worst case, if your video is between 0-500MB.
However, when an user watches a video from The US, in reports, it says 0.00242 for US unique viewer, meaning if you multiply it by 1000 views, you get $2.42, not promised $3. Can you explain it please?

Well, obviously, you aren't forcing me and you can't. But I wonder, if your fake and false high rates are written on your website because you want to lure users and pay less? False rates, you prefer this term instead of lying?
