1- Downloads are counted upto 5 within 24 hours per user/ip.
2- 10% of the video (Example, if the video is 60min - count after 6 minutes)

Sooner I will make it count by minutes instead of %
and i will make it 2min

Gounlimited count 1 view as videos play 1 minutes.
