the thing is that: my development team and me was a great team. some days ago, one of our developers leaved our team, and after him an other 2 guys. I bought the vps to provide a development platform for our L2J Project, but as they leaved, after 1 month I bought the Vps, Now the VPS its unused. So here we go, I need to sell it, to take back some of the money.
HostHatch offers a 7 days money back garantee, so here we go, after 1 month i cant have a refound, its easy and simple.

Thanks :)

They Dont. Anyway, Im not here to discuss about they Money back refund policy, Im here to sell this vps, cuz as I asked them 3 times, and they didnt refund me, the only way is to sell it by myself.
Thnx.

@GoDofAdeN, You don't need to ask for full refund. What you have to do is tell them to take the 1month money and refund remaining amount. Most of professional hosting firms allow that.

We require a valid reason for it and it should be within the first 7 days. Reason should be related to any server issues (downtime, slow etc) and not personal issues.

Otherwise, everyone will get a server for an year for a big discount and cancel after a month.

@H-Abdullah, when customer cancel server after one month you have right to charge them the normal monthly fee and refund remaining. Like

1month service = 8.99$
12Month service=89.90$ .

So if customer cancel after 1month you can take 8.99$ and give remaining 80.91$ as refund.

I am not saying you must. But thats a thing most hosts do. Even Lunarpages once gave a refund like that

vgnheart,

No, not really. Some companies do not have a refund policy, they do not refund at all. Some have 3 days, some have pro-rated and some have 30 days. We have 7 days, and we do not refund after that unless it is a serious issue related to the server, not personal reasons.

Thanks,
