You have a problem in your web when mobile try to watch videos. You dont convert to mp4 so mobile cant watch video.

we use flv format to faster starting.
and only works with flash.

the only problem is it cant be played on mobile devices some pc browsers like firefox
cant play the video "error media" like the screen shot that i post..
result my visitors went down.. since they cant watch the update video

I test using mp4 files, and for now chooses to use flv files.
