No we maintain our own servers and they are located in the Netherlands/Amsterdam at Ecatel datacenter.​
- How long does it take to setup my account?
setup will be instantly, We will e-mail your account details to you. however VPS and Dedicated servers can take 1 - 72 hours depends on availability.​
- Will you migrate my site over to your servers?
yes we do that free of charge.​

Support
We don't provide 24/7/365 support however our average response time is 1 min - 15 hours

do you offer hosting in Russia?
because I heard that in NL it will be harder to host warez sites and would like to look for something new. I ask because you have good reviews

yup they provide Russian Hosting. I am not sure if it is available right now(may be the russian servers are already occupied)
 
I have vps 3 there and yes very good hosting. I was a bit afraid at start because paid using western union but was without a problem. Support is good also

yes it was down, it wasn't dos attack. some of our clients added a cron job on our servers to fuck it up.

its fixed now and it won't happen again no matter what.
