It should be easy to check, same GB downloader different days and only 1 download has counted (as opposed to 3 downloads per IP for 24hrs)...

Since monday my earnings decreasing day by day:
2014-07-28 747 / €12.661 EUR
2014-07-29 634 / €7.865 EUR
2014-07-30 586 / €5.773 EUR
2014-07-31 747 / €7.755 EUR
2014-08-01 614 / €6.2010 EUR
2014-08-02 521 / €4.944 EUR
2014-08-03 68 / €0.444 EUR

Less than 10 euro per 1000 downloads, all my file are bigger than 100 MB.
On uploadable for the same files I have 50% of my downloads from Tier 1 (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany) and my average earning there is 18$ per 1000 downloads (for week: 3623/$65.52).
So, I think, I'll stop my working with xerver until they fix counter's problems and add more countries in Tiers 1-3.

thats cause from monday they only pay 3 downloads from a ip per 24hours
 
And good luck getting anything better with UL where premium downloads aren't counted & as everyone uses Debrid for UL, you'll earn a big fat zero.

I don't think that this is the reason, though who knows. On updown they say 10 euro for 1000 downloads so I get 10 euro, but they counts 1 download from IP per 24h.

we know you are new hear ,but i am greatly disappointed to work with you now..every week we will be having some issue or other which impacts our downloads.

from yesterday they are many users who are complaining that files link has been removed.when i check there are many files which are been deleted.and my reputation in sites has gone down bcozof this.i am not happy at all...and you have not even properly replied to my last PM and solved that issue...

Better i leave this for ever and workwith stable webhosting

= 40.669 EUR (54.61 USD)

So you earned 54.61 USD in one week with Xerver, but you forgot to post the "Entire day" earnings on 08-03, this brings your earnings very close to 65 USD. Same as you earn from uploadable.

Hi Dmlnayuda

If we get a DMCA request, we will delete the file. So if your files were deleted it was because of a DMCA request, please send me a list of your deleted files, then I will forward you the corresponding DMCA requests.

i think server is counting 1 time per ip

i upload a file in three parts some guy from germany download my three parts but i get $ for the first download only. anyone having this issue?

I think that's exactly my issue atm. But my downloader is from GB.

But second day now, only counts 1earning while dl 3 files.

I hope this gets fixed fast. I like Xerver very much, quality support.




Downloads coming, but nothing counted.......
