my RU speed to other server is 45 KBs, sometime halfway stuck, need to restart again ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

ps : the speed problem only occur on certain file, maybe server problem
