yeah, US speeds are terrible.

i get 10MBps+ to both filesonic and fileserve, and wupload sucks in US!

when i click on some links of mine it shows "Oops! Google Chrome could not find s17.wupload.com"...Please explain..

And the is not deleted..it exists in my account..
This is happening with so many files of mine...

If i am not wrong this might be the reason decreased downloads

yeah, sometimes this happens, and if this happened you need to refresh the page to make download start, I think this is because of the pressure on some servers, so if Wupload can do kind of balance between servers this will be good.

Nicki try to remove your payment adress from your account settings page. If no payment account it`s mentioned the payment will be stoped.

if you payed through paypal, you have to stop payment through them..here's how...
Login to your Paypal Account, click History subtab, click basic search, then scroll down to where it says reccuring payment to wupload, click details, this will take you to, transaction details, click veiw details, it will then take you to the subscription details page, then..click cancel...but, make sure you cancel at least 3 days before the payment is due to leave your account, otherwise payment will still be taken..:facepalm:...long winded i know <_< but well worth knowing B-)....if you payed by credit card, you'll have to contact your card supplier..;)

As of the moment we only have servers in the EU, so unfortunately US affiliates and users will be subject to slower speeds.
