I think there may have been a slight misunderstanding of my post from yesterday:

We had purchased new servers which were unfortunately defective. We ordered replacement servers which are late to arrive - once we have them, we will be installing them immediately - however until then, our techs are working as hard as they can on very little sleep to manage the traffic and take care of the issues as best they can.

My apologies for the frustration, guys.
