Actually he's over looking the posts about the stats problem here.
He didn't even answer Mindy's Issue about not counting all the downloads.

Hope WUpload will do some thing about this.

I guess Wupload is running out of their money now, and they can't keep paying us with the current rate. But they don't want to become a "scam" and stop paying us.
So the better way is to low down the download speed, control the stats to reduce our earning. Willy know what happan but of course he can't tell us truth.

But think, people.
WU is the best file hosting for PPD before, better than any other file hosting.
But they can't make profit if they keep woking like this.
It is better we can get something rather than get nothing.
If WU keep the current stats they may can't continute to paying us !!!

I hope all of you stop complain here and keep you hard working with WU.
I have feeling that recently WU will give us a big promo to win our confident back.
