Hey, all!

Some of you will notice in your file manager under your Removed tab files that show up as removed for reason "Corruption".

We had an issue with these files and unfortunately they could not be recovered, so we decided that it would be better to mark them as "Corrupted" so you would know which files were affected, rather than have your downloaders complaining about links which don't work.

My apologies for the inconvenience.

Well you do ignore the upload problems for a few times and then after 12 hours you tell us you're working on it.

More files getting corrupted but now can't reupload a single file with all this uploading problems

Not sure if this would help the techs or not, but after lots of reentries yesterday evening, it seems that only the files Remote uploaded on server u9 and u6 are processing completely w/o the unknown error message. Maybe the techs can compare those servers with the others to see why the error message appears, willy? Seems to me like the servers can't handle the download properly and breaks the connection after a while.

Yeah... thats better indeed than just erasing them.

But anyway, whats really going on with the servers? way 2 many connections?!

You could just say the truth to the tons of your paying costumers
