Your stats may be frozen but that doesn't mean that your earnings are frozen, just chillout and wait for it to be fixed/updated, like EVERY SINGLE TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

The last time I experienced this problem was on hotfile days.
They (hotfile) still count downloads.
