We're aware of the connection issues some affiliates are having with FTP - it's not down, we're just loaded with connections at the moment.

Our tech team is working on freeing up connections and bumping up the speeds so everybody can get their files up

Hey Willy , from Rapidshare...put 50 link but processes only 4 files ... when stop... and i make refresh the page the links even disappear from the queue!:facepalm:

update: its something similar to the above issue (jensen rs link problem)

If you look back a page you'll see my message to this regard - FTP is not down, we are just managing a lot of connections, which we are aware of and our techs are working on it now!

Hello Willy. Everytime I try to RU, the links after the RU downloads them, they deseaper, and don't appear on the "My Files" section. Is it a temp problem?
