i am not asking here for low stats my stats are like this see.

and now my all space is removed WTF is happening with me i have 2TB data where is my data? file manager only have some files now..

and what the hell is that my stats are gone why?

Now my account converted to free it was on premium what the hell is happening with me 1st stats 0 then space of 2TB+ deleted without any notification and now premium is converted to free account.............

file dont appear on filemanager after ftp upload complete ?

Hey, irscene!

If you look at your FTP manager in Wupload, you will see the status of your file as either "Downloaded", "Processing" or "Completed"!

If it hasn't shown up in your file manager yet, just be patient and it will process over very soon!

I have the same issue and I've already files a ticket. For 2 days in a row, after I've change to the latest plan... Hoping that this issue would be sort out as soon as possible...
