What is the error you get?
What client are you using? Which FTP server are you uploading to? What are you putting in the username field?

I cant upload by FTP on my RDP :

wu mate, what about that connections ? 5 is bit small when on server for example 10 people want to upload to your host, 5 of them is blocked and cant upload to WU ...

There are too many opened connections from your computer (RDP). Ensure you don't have many uploads running at the same time! We allow a max of 5 connections at the same time, and you've reached it.
Also...
We are in the process of adding more servers and our capacity will be doubled by the end of the day! We will be adding more and more servers in the next few weeks!!!

Two suggestions to the WUPLOAD owner.
1. Please try to find another alternative reward programme because with this one in the first months all the uploaders will get good profit and rewards and everyone will be happy as there will be many many free downloads which count in the statistics and many many sales.
After some time when site becomes popular there will be not many counted downloads as the premium users will be more and more (and premium downloads do not count) plus there will be not many sales as in the beginning.
This is happening now to filesonic and many uploaders try to find alternative hoster to move on as they do not have the estimated good profit for their size of uploaded material.
There must be a new reward plan that premium downloads will also get counted just like rapidshare did in the good old days....
2. Add relatively cheap premium lifetime accounts in the premium accounts payment list cause serious uploaders need to feel that their links will live forever and would prefer this choice of premium accounts. FileSonic tried that and this had great success.

I think U Should take the host benefits in your cosideration
wupload as well as any filehost should get profit as u do
U say in the beginning money will be much then it will decrease
the opposite occurs to filehost
now no or few users buy premium i.e they only pay uploaders without benefit
As U accept that , U should also accept what will happen when the filehost becomes popular
it is a matter of take & Give
