I asked...Cobra said the IP ban couldn't be implemented bacause of dynamic IP's available. Creating new id is not a big task anyway. My duty is to caution others, cant do anything else than that

https URL's are either shown in RED OF GREEN ! his is not shown in this
my explanation is that he saved the web page and then altered a few
things then typed url without pressing enter and took screenshot !

Please NO DO BUY test for your self if mozilla Firefox turns the
https://ssl.rapidshare.com/cgi-bin/collectorszone.cgi
URL Red/Green while using Mozilla FireFOX !

Please notice the different in the URL Colour as it is a https (S) secure it has to be a different colour in mozilla firefox
