This is my own VPS.. And I was opening my own torrentflux and this happened just 10 min ago.. what can be the reason of this and what is the solution for this and how to secure it for future ?

Well, You need to buy SSL Security Certificate for your Domain or IP. Or Simply Add an exception in FireFox.

It has nothing to do with SSL. Malware is detected on your site/vps. Your VPS got hacked probably.

Someone infected your site, and it was used for spreading of malware.

Replace "yoursite.com" with link of your site, and see what they found on your site.

I have Cpanel installed..

I have 4 accounts in cpanel...

Only 1 account's files were effected.. I deleted that account.. And now i will create again.. So will it clean the issue ?

Create a dummy php page, open it and check if the warning pops-up again. If it does, the problem isnt in your code. If it doesnt, it may be in the code, as badass cookies for example.

I deleted that account and made it again.. Installed Torrentflux and Rapidleech again..

Now i am not having that error.. Will see if problem comes back

It's happened to me in the past (like a year or so ago). My only advice is, don't click on any suspicious/unknown links on web pages. And don't, absolutely don't, save your ftp passwords in programs.

If you want to save your passwords, save them in notepad and save that file somewhere. Everytime you want to login ANYWHERE, open that file and copy/paste those passwords. Never save your passwords in Firefox, Chrome, IE, MSN, FlashFXP, CuteFTP, UglyFTP, etc etc. Don't save your passwords in ANY program. Save them in notepad, copy them every time. Sure it's an inconvenience, but it's relatively secure.

Ye i have noticed on some servers that anonymous ftp is clicked as default
you might want to check that too..
