I need to setup a server download and upload file, here's the spec I want:

-Good download and upload speed for HF, FS, etc... (around 8-10MB/s for each upload and download line)
-CentOS run on Xen
-unmetered bandwidth
-upgradeable memory and hdd plan, 500MB ram and 100GB hdd for now.
-stable, not suddenly restart or disconnect often.

If you have a plan that fit my need or can custom one for me, PM asap. Dont pm me if your vps plans not met every of my requirement, even if it really cheap.

Budget is 50$/m
Pay by paypal.

You could take a look over here, there is some provider offering at your need on your budget.

Note:
-Once you found one read some review regards the provider on WHT by searching
-Not all USA provider banned RL and TF (you should asked 1st before made judgment)
-Xen CAN be oversold but it's rarely found, OpenVZ are found commonly on oversold

already contacted m107 and waitin'
anyone else ? :D

Unfortunately most provider hardly to provide such service for you.
"around 8-10MB/s for each upload and download line"
-I guess either you are looking for dedicated(unshared) 100mbps full-duplex port
-OR on a shared 1Gbps port which holding least amount of heavy user

I suggest you go for a low-ended DC at your budget.
Of course there won't be unmetered bandwidth (should be able to get 2~5TB on low-ended DC base on your budget)

I would have posted my offer here but didnt did coz of HDD

The speed isnt a issue my vps can reach them easily
Its just that even in $40

You will get

30GB Space
768MB RAM
500 GB BW
1.13 Dedicated CPU
16 x 2.3 GHz Shared Dual Xeon CPU

1 GBit Dedicated Port
20 MBit Dedicated Uplink

Vps
USA
Dallas
The Planet DC

Yeah, that's exactly what we do, on our new server we have 11 users per 1 gig port =)
It means great speed, just like a 100Mbps server for each user.

And I'm in discussing with my partner about raising budget 8-)

Lol didnt you read it correct ?

The main port is 1 GBit DEDICATED and that uplink is also 20MBit DEDICATED that means your upload speed will be 20MBps tops
The damn port aint burst its Dedicated

Yes I did read correctly, it's just that you provide miss/hidden information.
It's impossible to assign a 1Gbps dedicated port speed on a VPS at only $40.
The 1Gbps dedicated port was for the entire Dedicated server but it's shared between all VPS on the perticular Dedicated Server.

He was going to purchase a VPS instead of a DC.
It can be consider as 1Gbps brustable for each VPS holding on the particular DC.

Well you shouldnt decide it yourself
For your information I am not giving him vps of my dedi
The vps is a reseller offer of THEPLANET vps and they DO provide dedicated ports on vps as well

Calm down everyone ^_^

FYI: I just need burstable 8-10MB/s for total DL or UL ... not dedicate, I'm not abuse the line 24/7 due to my own capable, rofl. and I will avoid rush hour of each server for the sake of myself. It's just impossible for asking a big dedicated line for that price. (I will really appreciate if it available, but it not a must).

@shubhank008: yes, I read your offer, but thanks, I'm interested in unmetered only, although others options is very tempting.
