a host cannot provide who they host due to privacy. You need to look/ask for reviews. I used my365 for a bit and they were pretty good. wrzhost.com is good too. they have been around quite a while. do not go with a new host as they generally do not last

godaddy works well try there Beta Gridhosting, i spoked to them about hosting Download the net on it and they were more than happy to help me out. Also i have used them in the past with 0% downtime and issues.
