.WS or .ORG for download blog?

Let's say I might would try to start a download blog (again..), and I've got a domain name which is available both for .WS and .ORG, however I only want one of the domains.. Which of them should I go for ?

Upsides/downsides, SEO, etc., any differences?

If you cant get a COM ( it has been taken ) then go with ORG

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government or Samoa represented by an organisation called SamoaNIC have started proceedings to confiscate some domains involved with illegal activities such as warez linking. The domains are no longer safe or suitable for warez. If your site get's big they will try and confiscate it.

DO NOT BUY A .WS DOMAIN.

I'm afraid I'm not at liberty to say so you have to take my word that it's true.

If you want it maybe possible to get a screenshot proving it with details of the domain, host, owner, etc. removed to ensure privacy or some other proof but that may take a few days however the source is real.

Who know's.. maybe you'll hear about it on torrentfreak sometime in the future but I won't be leaking it.

There are a lot of popular .ws domains which link to illegal content. I never heard anyone complain about domain being closed or something.
