Hi,

I'm a member of the WRZHost Accounts department, as has been said above there was a failure with the disk in the shared server, but we have managed to replace it, using a fully up to date backup, and the server has now been up for a while.

We will be sending out a coupon for all current shared users offering 20% off their next invoice as compensation for the down time!
