na the active members on vbuletin it goes total members :20,000 total active users: 500 something like that but he took it off o.0 and thats not a dedicated server :P

i would sugesting upgrading vbulletin with a quick glance i found a couple 0 days in 3.6.10 when testing it on my local machine =)
