Sorry everyone problem solved website is up again.
All customers servers vps and shared are not down with or website.
So they have get no problems with all.

Added after 4 Hours 45 minutes:

The down time has been fixed.

2 websites were abusing the server and were using over 70% of the CPU. They have been suspended.

I hope everything is fine now.
