Description:
For my wordpress blog i need a tool that randomly selects an image Form a folder every x minutes, uploads that image as the article image and publishes that post.
After that, the image should be deleted from the folder.

I dont mind The programming language, as long as its useable with a win machine ( PHP is also OK)
