Blackhat Wordpress Sitemap Help Needed

Hi,

I Use Wordpress Sites. I Added Sitemap To Google. I M Using "All In One" Seo Pack & For Sitemap : Google Sitemap Generator Plugin by Arne Brachhold.

In Google Webmaster I Just Added In Sitemap:

>> sitemap.xml

just this url is enough for webmaster.

or i have to add more url for Good SEO ????

Like Blogger Have 4-6 url to submit in sitemap section.

Help Me.
