I like this design but work on the header more, U can instead have a jquery effect on the login like filesonic has, and have a better search section.

can you have color scheme in mind ? and can we use your current logo or design new one ? because you already spent some $ on logo. so we are free to design new logo or we use current logo and match site color with logo.
