Well i have a issue with this file... because is causing a high load in the server.. and how im in a shared hosting my site is constantly disable for the admin.. i want to know what can i do for fix this..

Remove plugins one by one and see which plugin is causing high load,
Probably post the list of plugins you use and someone might point out the plugin from their experience.
