Please stop asking for VPS/Rapidleech/sBorg etc it's not really a prize at all, it can be brought on a daily basis easy.
How can giving a user a tool to upload so they make even more money a prize? ( even though its all free and not meant to be earned ) Sharing is caring yeah?

I would concider the above decent enough prizes.

Looking at all the suggestions, I feel the most feasible one would be Steam Games. Steam games will be running on HUGE discounts during end of this month. So you can have many game keys to giveaway. You can get at least few dozens of keys for $$$.
Also steam game giveaways are easy as you can just gift the key to a person with their "Gift Game" feature at no extra cost.
