When you say it like that, sounds applicable, but still irrelevant. Depending on what the "hidden forum" contains, would determine it's possibility of actually happening. I'm not knocking the idea but most users here, when they see suggestions like the one your presenting, based on experience and the way this site has favored other things, the answer pre-maturely would most likely in their minds already be a no

What will WJ be gaining from it? What will the members who purchase it gain from it?

We already (as you can see clearly) monetize WJunction from placing ads, now we don't want to add VIP group memberships to further monetize WJunction. Most of the members of staff that have posted in this thread have given clear reasons to why it isn't a good idea.

So, unfortunately, we will not introduce a paid membership group.
