512 - 1gb ram

will be just downloading and uploading youtube videos
1.2 - 2 ghz processor

250gb hardisk

How much you are willing to spend??

Try to connnect to Myrsk.com if you need a vps (They provide multiple locations to choose from).
There are some others who provide good storage & bandwidth but forgetting their name now.

And if you want a Dedi. Kimsufi is always there for cheap, but I many I times hear that the support is not that good.
