Windows server for streaming Video

Hello,

I would like to ask about best way to streaming video from Windows Server.
I already have offshore server with best configurations for encoding and streaming videos.

I enable IIS on the server and streaming mp4 video with direct links, the issue with buffering videos like YouTube or another site useing hosting video.
I want know how i can use buffering for my videos with visitors have low speed connections.
this example about my streaming mp4 video with direct links:

This will definitely save you a lot of bandwidth since you consume A LOT if you serve direct streams. *cough* 2.7TB/day *cough* :D

if you want to live steaming from server you could use Xsplit, OBS On windows server for broadcasting
