I HAVE NOW BEEN WITHOUT SERVICE FOR OVER 2 DAYS.

If you are considering buying an sBorg service DO NOT buy from this supplier.

I have had nothing but problems for 2 months. At the beginning of this month I asked for a refund because of the down time I was suffering. I was convinced by Ipowerz that with the new server it would be ok but it has not been.

This is the quality of support you can expect if you gamble your money with myrapidleech (which I feel should be called mycrappyleech)

Hello,

You must update the sborg to latest version. Click the update button & follow the procedure. It doesn't need any install tickets to update(it asks for but doesn't consume any).

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. I pay for a working sBorg. It is your job to make it so. The "Update" button is for stopping transloads. I guess you mean the "Upgrade" button. This give me a download of 3 php files, no instructions, no mention of tickets...
This is possibly the worst answer i have ever received from support. none of it made any sense and I waited 5 hours for it.

Hello,

Well, you do have a working sborg already. Filesonic download/upload doesn't work is the problem of filesonic & not related to our service. Try other links. If you need to have filesonic working then upgrade it. If you want us to upgrade it for you, then wait till someone from sales comes over.

(Note) This error is nothing to do with Filesonic, if it was I wouldn't need to upgrade sBorg would I!!!!! AND, I have to wait for Sales????? to do the upgrade!!!! What does tech support do then, Sell?!?!

Now it does. Again I have to say, Support has no idea what they are talking about.

I AM SURE YOU WILL ALL AGREE:
It is not my job to upgrade sBorg
I should not have to wait 2 days for such dreadful answers
I should have a working sBorg, it is what I paid for.

If anyone can tell me what "your sborg needs upgrade which costs $3.5 for ticket installation that will be owned by sborg not us." means I would be grateful. As I understand it Ipowerz is telling me sborg owns sborg and must pay for the upgrade. As there is no such person as sborg it looks as though I will not be getting a working service again.

So my fellow Wj'ers, if you want dreadful support, poor answers, loads of downtime you have come to the right place.
Without doubt, the worst provider for sborg here.

I suggest someone from myrapidleech offers me a partial refund for the the approximate 10 days lost and time wasted communicating with them before 13.00 today or I will be going to Paypal to open a dispute. You have not provided me with a decent service, provided incorrect and misleading answers and now are trying to push your responsibilities to someone else.

The Solyom : we never provide free upgrades of sborg to our clients, only free update is provided whenever it is released, we provide one time sborg ticket installation as it also costs us $3.5 and if we reinstall your sborg every 2-3 times a month , what are we here for then?

Upgrade costs $3.5 and every company charge that no one do that for free!

The service with others is working fine and no one else requested me even a free upgrade and everyone knows that its a common sense, server is working fine completely...

@ The Solyom - I want to say that ipowerz is right because install tickets costs u can check it on sborg.us main site they give install tickets with 3.5$ of one , and i don't think that others are also upgrading it in free.. because install tickets costs and about ur service you have given the one time fee for the sborg..so i think to go site and check and if u think u want to upgrade with latest version get pay for one install ticket.

Hope you understand it because i have also paid for the upgrades..and the latest version is Awesome..

We never know when a new version is about to release and no one gives guarantee for it... we provide one time installation that we guarantee

and i can provide you one time more free ticket if you extend your service right now, i will make free installation as from my pocket!

If sborg releases a new version the older version does not stop working!
and sborg don't keep releasing new sborg versions daily... ! If you don't want to continue then you can get new version else older version will also work as 50% clients are still using older version without any problem.

EVERY company charges $3.5 separately for sborg reinstallation no one provides you it for free!

Mine doesn't and you didn't answer my question. If I had bought sborg on 25th, the day before mine stopped working, and then it stopped working on 26th as mine did, would I, and everyone else, have had to buy a new sborg script on the 26th. From what you have stated this must be true.

Who else on the planet sells something 1 day then insists you have to pay more the next day to get it to work? Is that even legal?

What you are saying in this statement is that your customers who pay you $12.99 have to pay $9.50 more each month if they want it to work because you won't!

If that was stated on your 1st thread there is no way I would have bought from you.

How could the customer ever know if they needed an upgrade or it was just a quick way to get another $3.50 from them.

I’ve recieved several emails asking me this so i am going to post it here.

Upgrade/re-installation is free of charge on sBorg hosting plans. This means if you are hosted by us (available by PM) you will receive a free upgrade to the latest version when you request it.

The developer should supply a free update. Customers cannot be expected to pay every time a modification is required to make it work. All providers of sBorg clearly state that sBorg works with (in this case) Filesonic. Therefore the suppliers either change the wording or make it work for free.

My second point is that sBorg 5.5 is in beta stage. Somik is asking for bug reports of which there have been many. plus more updates. 5.501 and 5.502

Why do we have to pay for a beta version that is riddled with bugs and be without service for days with no mention of compensation for our loss of time plus the work reporting to the developer the problems with their software.

Go and post it on their thread since its not the concern anymore of MRL.
MRL is just a re-seller of sborg.

Actually it is a concern of MRL as 50% (quoted by ipowerz) of their customers found that their sborg didn't work and had to pay more money.
 
Dude i am even not earning from your reinstallation. It also cost me $3.50 when i get about $3 per installation ... I also go in 50cents loss with upgrade but still i m not charging any extra.. Providing it cheap.... And as you about free update i also agree... You can contact at http://support.sborg.us and ask them for it... And rest of older sborg is working fine... Just filesonic download isnot working.. You can use any other file hosts to download as upload to filesonic is also working... It is for the case you dont want upgrade.

And bro out of 50%.. 40% didnot even reported me for upgrade and thosr reported are not using filesonic download.


And moreover new installations and orders do always come with latest version of sborg...

For the line in bold, we were making the next version already but it was being delayed because Somik was busy with his university exams and I was busy with my job.

Filehosts started changing their upload patterns and the sBorg plugins, not compatible with the change, were throwing errors as expected. As the v5.5 was already being made, we considered it best to release it rather than releasing bug-fixes individually for the non-working filehost upload plugins. The previous version (v5.4) had 20 patches after it's release, the final version was v5.420 in case you never observed.

From your point of view, it may sound like a small update. But when you have around 100 sBorg users on your hosting and wish to perform an update on all of them, it's very time consuming. We, on our hosting, have asked clients to open a support ticket if they wish to upgrade.

Regarding your second point (again in bold), if you wish to use the updated filehosts you'll have to get your sBorg upgraded or buy an install ticket yourself and upgrade it. Kindly don't confuse yourself with update and upgrades. Updates are bug-fixes or patches that we release if the issues can be taken care of by replacing a few files. Upgrades are released when changes are made to the core functions/files.

If you have any issues with the script, kindly raise a support ticket here : support.sborg.us rather than asking your reseller or hosting provider.

I hope you get the point. Sorry for the big reply, wanted to explain this to all the sBorg users :)

No I don't get It

let me make it clear

I buy sBorg cos it states I can download and upload from Filesonic at super speeds.

Then i have to pay more cos it doesn't work any more.

This could be after 1 day if filesonic or anyone else change their API?

WTF did it say that in the sales thread.

Please? Explain to me. Your software does not work if host change API, then all sBorg client pay you to work on update to make it work.
