Look for Win2008 or Win2012 VPS. Windows VPS with 2GB ram will cost around 30 - 40$. Whats your budget ?

Actually offering a Desktop version of Windows OS ( 7, xp etc) on Commercial hosting environment is against MS terms.

P/S: By searching on WJ VPS section you can find hosts those who offer Win7 or WinXP. But real fact is they are not complying with MS terms.

Just look for a Win 2008 VPS, its the same as W7 but without the fancy UI.
It's illegal too btw.
